Summer RAC 2026 begins Monday, June 1, 2026. The camp, which focuses on strength & conditioning skills, runs for 7 weeks throughout the months of June & July. Training sessions run Monday through Thursday each week. Throughout the summer, campers will learn & develop the following athletic skills: strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, stamina & flexibility.
This year, campers are split into 1 of 3 groups below depending on their sport & upcoming grade level:
Session 1: High School Football Training: 7:15am - 9:45am (Rising 9th- 12th football players)
Session 2: High School Boys & Girls Training: 8:45am – 10:15am (Rising 9th- 12th athletes, non-football)
Session 3: Junior High Boys & Girls Training: 10:30am-12:00pm (All rising 7th – 9th* grade athletes)
*Please note that rising 9th graders (those not involved with football) are welcome to join either session 2 or 3, depending on the individual’s level of training experience. The Session 2 training progression will be more advanced and is better suited for those rising 9th graders that have some familiarity with weight room & field training.
Campers are encouraged to wear modest workout attire and closed‐toe athletic shoes. Cleats are optional for field work. Water stations will be provided, but campers are encouraged to bring their own water bottle. All training will take place in the MAC (indoor turf area & weight room).
The camp cost is $60 and covers all 7 weeks of training. It is normal for many student-athletes to miss training sessions throughout the summer because of vacations and other camps. The session format allows for participants to drop-in any day of training with conflict.
